RWC Adjusting, LLC operates as an independent third-party consultant which assists Insureds and Insurers with respect to various types of insurance claims in the energy industry. We do not have any authority to confirm or deny any coverage or liability on behalf of any Insurer(s) for any reason or circumstance. All coverage and liability determinations are exclusively made by the Insurers.
Any communication (verbal or written) or document(s) received from or otherwise prepared by any employee, contractor, or agent of RWC Adjusting, LLC, does not constitute a waiver of any rights of the Insurers and shall not be construed as binding authority. All coverage-related inquiries should be directed to the Insured's Agent, Broker, or Insurers directly.
