Rodney acquired a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1997. He spent the next several years with an international oilfield service provider working as a Trainee Engineer and Field Representative in drilling and production operations in Dubai and Venezuela. Thereafter, Rodney started his career as a licensed insurance adjuster specializing in claims unique to the oil and gas industry and has worked for various firms throughout the years primarily in Houston, Texas, with one posting in London, England. His claims experience includes control of well, rig physical damage, downhole tools, pollution remediation, processing plants and refineries, general liability, pipelines, and business interruption/loss of production income. The claims Rodney has been involved with span the globe and range in quantum from hundreds of thousands to hundreds of millions of dollars. Rodney has also spoken at various seminars and training courses and routinely given presentations about industry trends.
